Universal Hotel Laguna

It was in a lovely location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent variety of food items for both breakfast and dinner.

I really much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Laguna. Came here the second time and the breakfast and dinner is really good. Location is awesome! Next to the beach which is not to crowded. Thanks the ppl who are working at the Hotel the stay was made as convient as possible. Best Animator Viktor made me do Pilates, Aquagym and also Salsa - it was super! 👌🏾

- Cleanliness is on the highest level - Exceptional location - Nice variety of food for dinner + ice cream🙂 - Water refill stations on every floor - Luggage room with shower and towels. That is so thoughtful, amazing!

The reception and the personnal in general were helpful and polite, You can go easily from the pool to the beach and vice versa. Every day you have grilled fish or meat at the buffet. You have nice other beaches and nice walking just a few minutes in car from Canyamel.

Hotel was nice and compact, not too far to go for pool, restaurant or beach. Some shops nearby. Staff were lovely and able to cater for dietary restrictions, Food was amazing, entertainment not obtrusive.
